Committment to Health Care Leadership

Rotman’s health sector programs equip professionals with the knowledge and business skills to lead and manage their organizations effectively in a complex field that is constantly evolving.

Rotman’s leadership programs in health care are grounded in the conviction that the need for innovative thinking about health care delivery systems and organizations has never been greater, and that building a better health care system for communities across Canada has a measurable impact on Canada’s overall success. The programs bring together a diverse group of leaders and explore topics including political and emotional intelligence, change management and health system transformation.

The Rotman School, through the Centre for Health Sector Strategy, has made a substantial commitment to the health sector through various research activities. The Centre drives a research, leadership and policy agenda that is aimed at producing actionable management knowledge for the health sector and the life sciences.
